The Clacky Checklist

This all started with a hand-wired prototype I made for my partner with ADHD to help her organize her complicated life. She posted it to Reddit (here) and it really struck a chord with the community. The outpouring of excitement and appreciation was incredible.

So I decided to redesign the checklist with a high level of quality and polish, produce it in small batches and make it available to the community. This is my way of supporting folks with ADHD, autism, kids, or busy lives. Or just anyone who might need to remember stuff and enjoys a nice, satisfying clicky switch. I hope you love it. We use it every day, and I'm sure you'll find it fun and useful, too.

So let me tell you about this thing!

The Clacky Checklist is built with a faceplate laser-cut from solid walnut and finished with a semigloss varnish. Alternately, the color-matched faceplate is produced in the same material as the case with an optional holographic finish. The switches are industrial steel toggles rated for over 100,000 cycles mounted to a custom circuit board and encased in a custom 3d printed body in your choice of color. In order to keep those lights reliably lit, the checklist is not battery-powered, and must be plugged in with the included power adapter.
